Description

The AdvancedFrame® Sport is a light-weight version of our popular AdvancedFrame® kayak. Although nearly identical in shape and form to the original AdvancedFrame®, it sports a large cockpit opening for easy entry and exit. Incorporating our proven aluminum rib-frame technology in the bow and stern provides increased paddling performance in this sporty design. With performance similar to a hard-shell kayak and the packability of an inflatable, you are only a few pumps away from your next adventure!

Hull Design: Built-in aluminum ribs define the bow and stern and improve tracking.
Durable: 3 layers of material for extreme puncture resistance.
Easy To Set Up: Simply unfold, inflate, and attach the seat.
Style: Looks and paddles similar to a rigid hard-shell kayak, with the portability of an inflatable.
Compact: No roof rack needed! Pack in the trunk of your car or fly it to remote destinations.

    Great portable all-around kayak

Posted by Jessie on 2018 Oct 9th

This kayak is so portable that it motivates me to get out on the water more! I've taken it to local waters for a quick evening paddle, and also onto multi-day portage trips. Because I'm short, I'm able to move the seat forward, and fit a large 115-liter portage pack behind the seat in the cargo area, perfect for going camping on an island. I've so far done some class 1 white water, and the kayak was stable and maneuverable enough to handle the rapids. Great all-around kayak: sturdy, stable, tracks well, reasonably fast for an inflatable, portable and light, lots of cargo space. Love it!

    Light sturdy inflatable kayak

This inflatable kayak is sturdily constructed and has high visibility. It has low freeboard and tends to buckle centrally even with my 160 lbs when fully inflated.

    Great Kayak

Posted by Ken on 2017 Aug 23rd

We bought a couple of these recently after trying one out. We absolutely love this product. Easy to get ready and put in the water. Make sure you buy the good pump with the pressure gage. We have used these on the Columbia River near Golden BC and they are perfect for what we want. We are not whitewater kayakers. We were looking for something that was easy to pack up and haul around rather then trying to lift them up and put them on the roof of our car. They fold up really nicely in the back of our car and away we go. I can't wait to try them out on some of the mountain lakes in our area. They are perfect for mellow river kayaking and small lakes stuff. Not sure how they would handle in something more rugged but that is not what I want to do.

    exceeds expectation

I have only used it a short while but it is meeting and exceeding expectation. Quick & easy to inflate by hand and tracks well.
