Boardworks is proud to stand behind our high performance quality Standup Paddleboards. For this reason we offer a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering one year from original purchase date. Warranty claims are to be processed through the Boardworks Retailer from which the original purchase was made. Retailers are then asked to contact the Boardworks Customer Service Team to validate and approve the claim. Boardworks will determine if defect falls under the warranty guidelines after information is submitted or product has been received by Boardworks. Credit will be issued or replacement will be sent after the product is deemed defective at the manufacturing/construction level. Boards will develop natural wear and tear and the materials may breakdown over time.
