Does your canoe or kayak need some work?
DIY – Do it Yourself repair:
If you plan to do the repair yourself please visit our website or call the store for more information on available parts and repair materials.
Please note: Not everything that is available for purchase is available through our online store, so always best to call.
Also, gunnel will need to be picked up at our store or ordered through your closest CLIPPER dealer.
TLC – Factory repair -
Please make an appointment prior to dropping off your repair. Email [email protected] or give us a call to ensure we can complete the requested repairs.
Once we confirm we can receive your repair you can drop it off at our shop location 9-4 Monday- Friday or 10-3 Saturday.
Once here, your boat will be assessed and you will be provided a quote on the work needed, as well as an estimated completion date.
Once you approve the quote, we'll need your credit card number for payment and possible storage fees. (Our repairs are billed at $120 per hour plus materials)
When the repair work is complete, you will be notified that your boat is ready for pickup. Once notified, you will have 14 days in which to pick up -unless other arrangements are made. After that a storage fee of $100 per month will apply.
Before you bring your boat in, please ensure that all removable mounts, straps and ropes and accessories have been taken off. We can not be responsible for lost parts that are not permanently attached to the canoe or kayak. Also, please ensure that your canoe or kayak has been washed inside and out. A minimum cleaning fee of $60 will apply if necessary.
