What is a warranty?
A manufacturer’s warranty is a guarantee to the buyer, offering repair or replacement within a specified timeframe after purchase.
Who is covered?
Typically, a manufacturer’s warranty covers the original purchaser for the duration designated by the manufacturer.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranties generally only cover manufacturing defects, ie if the manufacturer made a mistake when making your product. Warranty is not provided for defects due to misuse, normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications, or repairs.
If I’m not covered under warranty, what can I do?
