Intro to Sea Kayaking

This is a course for beginner sea kayakers looking to improve their confidence and capability on the water. You will also become familiar with the different types of kayaks and what may fit your needs best. You will learn some of the basics of sea kayaking, including an overview of features and terminology, launching and landing from shore, as well as basic strokes and paddling technique. 

Minimum Age: 16+

Lesson Time:

• Session 1: 9:00AM-10:00AM - limited space available - Please arrive no later than 8:40 am for sign in.

Equipment provided includes Kayak, Paddle, PFD, and required safety equipment. Please come prepared to get wet and wear footwear that can get wet.
