The award-winning Perception Hi Life is the most versatile boat ever built, offering a sit-on-top design that can be paddled like a kayak or a stand up paddleboard. The super low profile is reminiscent of a paddle board, but still provides a sturdy platform for kayaking. Fun for all ages and abilities, the Hi Life is up for any adventure, whether that means cruising, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Perfect for a day trip, this SOT features a fold down seating system, with a cooler storage area under the seat, a rear tankwell for additional storage, and a center cup holder in front of the seat for easy access. Swim decks make exit and re-entry for kids and pets a breeze, and the track pads on the bow, midship and stern help you keep your footing while paddling. A center rail runs from bow to seat and acts as a slide track to mount accessories and also doubles as a carry handle for easy transport.

    We call it a paddle-lac!

My wife bought this for herself, and absolutlely loves it. It's a joy to use and really stable. I've taken it out a few times and have also enjoyed it. From my standpoint, as a large and somewhat lacking in balance man, I found it easy to use as a sit-top kayak. I haven't braved the SUP mode, but my wife has. It's great with the kids and dog! We have a dopey Lab and he is able to be on there with my wife and one of our kids. With everyone being stable and comfortable. My only issue with it is the seat and how it can't fold down flat during transport. But it's hardly a deal breaker. Also, for me, compared to the sit-top fishing kayak I have, I find this one more stable and more comfortable.
