Excellently finished, great, symmetrical palm grim, reinforced edge that still maintains a nice catch. Long blade reaches to clean water easily, while allowing for low shoulder fatigue during long trips. This is a great paddle for a beginner to intermediate level canoeist, or perhaps a reliable paddle to use in rocky or situations that might ruin your prize carbon paddle (poling, coming into shore, etc).
