Scotty Rod holder rail mount
Awesome, don’t know why I hadn’t come across these before this but these are sweet and an awesome answer to where do I put my rod holder on my canoe. I sit in the back and use two of these mounted to the rear thwart, one for rod and other as a camera mount. They are super easy for install and secure tight. Only draw back is they sit a bit high so when loading the canoe and sliding over the cross rail you need to lift slightly when the thwart nears the cross rail, but really no biggie, not even worth a one star deduction.
